Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile handyman to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of residential repair and maintenance tasks. You’ll be working independently or with other team members on projects that range from minor home fixes to more involved installations.
Responsibilities:
Perform general handyman services including carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, painting touch-ups, caulking, and more
Install and repair items such as doors, windows, curtain rods, shelves, light fixtures, ceiling fans, grab bars, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of household repair issues
Communicate professionally with clients about the scope of work and job status
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Manage your time and materials efficiently to complete jobs on schedule
Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
Broad skillset in general home repairs and maintenance
Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
Own a reliable work vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred but not required:
Light drywall patching/mudding/painting skills
Experience working in occupied homes
